Our Labor and Employment practice group has experience in all facets of labor and employment law.  We represent companies in the financial services, automotive, construction, shipping, and consumer products industries.  We advise clients on labor and employment law issues that arise in international investment transactions, joint ventures, and mergers, and represent clients in situations involving allegations of wrongful termination, sexual harassment and other employment–related disputes.  Our advice has guided human resources and management in the drafting human resource policies and employment rules. 

We also draft, negotiate, and enforce employment agreements for our clients, including restrictions on engaging in competition with the employer and protection of trade secrets.
